Motivations, Inspirations and Mental Health
Temperaments unknown to most people, tend to affect most areas of our lives. As I have
discussed in my previous posts, there are four major temperaments and they include,
Sanguine, Melancholic, Phlegmatic, and Choleric. However, a person can have several
temperaments where there is one dominant and an underlying temperament. Psychologists
have referred to this kind of situation as temperament blends and I have discussed it in this
post.
Temperaments tend to influence an individual’s choice of career due to the significant
difference in traits. These differences that determine an individuals career choice include;
Melancholic

As a result of these important attributes, one would feel more driven towards a particular
field of work. In most cases when one has no drive to be in their work place it often due to
them overlooking what resonates with their personality. In the next posts I would discuss
every single temperament with the careers that they should incline to.
